Brian Meyers

Brian Meyers has a proven track record of identifying inefficiencies in specialized healthcare and building practical, scalable solutions to address them. He co-founded Egg Donor Connect, which became a leading platform for in-house egg donor management in the U.S. He later co-launched CryoSentinel, now used by more than 35% of U.S. IVF clinics, after identifying critical gaps in laboratory cryostorage safety.

Brian is known for assembling exceptional teams and delivering practical, profitable innovations that improve clinical operations.

Scientific Director

Michael Tucker

Dr. Michael Tucker is an internationally recognized embryologist with more than 30 years of experience in reproductive science. He has pioneered numerous advances in IVF technology, including leading the team that achieved the first ICSI birth in the U.S. and the first pregnancy using cryopreserved donor and immature eggs.

A certified High-complexity Clinical Laboratory Director, Dr. Tucker served as Scientific Director at Shady Grove Fertility for more than two decades.
